ACCORD’s Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel Seamless Tube division has Piercing Machine, To make own raw material in house from Round Bar, SRM (Size Reduction Machine), Draw Benches, Heat Treatment Furnaces, “U” Bending Facilities & all mandatory Testing facility to produce High Quality Tubes according to international standard. This facility has a monthly production capacity of 500 tons of high-quality tubes. Piercing Mill and SRM is core strength of Accord, this modified fully automatic piercing machine enable to manufacturer smaller size of mother hollow (48MM OD & 54 MM OD). After doing piercing on the round bar and making the mother hollow, SRM Machine fasten the reduction process on pierced mother hollow, which help us to reduce reduction cycle for tubing to fasten the material process.

The tubes are supplied in accordance with industry standards and tailored to customer specifications, available in a wide range of steel grades and dimensions. Specific requirements regarding execution, tolerances, lengths, and testing procedures can be accommodated upon request."
